No return is needed for content you have not paid for, though you may always tell us if a page is unclear so we can improve it in a future edit.

Workshops, calls, and calendar-based services

If we sell a live session, the product page will state the time zone, duration, refund window, and what happens if we must reschedule for weather, illness, or technical failure. Unless a stricter rule is mandatory for you as a consumer, you may cancel in writing before the stated cut-off and receive a refund of the session fee through the same payment path, or an alternative we both agree on that does not reduce your statutory rights. Late cancellations may be treated differently when we have already committed to room rental or external facilitators, and that logic will be visible before you pay.

Digital downloads and license keys

When you access a file or a key that unlocks content immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal for distance contracts can be lost if you were informed of that loss and you gave clear consent to early delivery, as the EU digital content rules describe. If the file is defective, corrupted, or not the version that was shown in the product summary, you still have the remedies in applicable consumer law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or ending the contract when proportionate. When something is wrong with what you received

Refunds, credits, and timing

Internal processing can take a few banking days; card networks and banks add their own delays outside our direct control. Store credit may be available when you prefer it, but only with your explicit request in writing. Organizational buyers

Schools, companies, and non-profits that book training with an invoice and a purchase order may be subject to separate cancellation terms in a signed order form.
